Boogie Bounce is a low impact, high intensity workout on mini trampolines with T-bar handles. Classes are mixed in ages, sizes and abilities, and moves can be adapted to suit your needs. It has a fun, disco-like atmosphere with lights and great music - you almost forget that you're working out! As the instructor, I try my hardest to promote a fun, friendly atmosphere - we’re not just a fitness class and you’re not just a number. I’m here to help you to get what you need out of it, whether it’s weight loss, getting fitter and healthier or just for the social aspect!
